Privacy & cookies
Updated 20 October 2026. This notice covers the public marketing website at repona.dev.
Repona is responsible for the use of analytics on this website. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or to exercise your data protection rights, contact hello@repona.dev. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation, interactions and page performance through heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft receives usage and device information, including IP address, browser information, page URLs and interaction data. We mask page text and form inputs, do not send account identifiers, and do not enable analytics on the Repona application.
Clarity loads only after you opt in. Advertising storage consent is always denied. We also honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Pages with URL query strings or fragments, and pages outside our approved marketing routes, do not start Clarity. This privacy page does not start recording.
Your choice
You can accept or reject analytics with equal ease. Rejection has no effect on access to the site. Use “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops recording, clears this site's Clarity cookies and reloads the page. It does not erase data already collected; use the Microsoft privacy information below to understand your rights and options.
We store your choice in local storage under repona.analytics.v1 for up to 180 days, solely to remember your privacy preference. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page. Clearing browser site data removes the choice.
Cookies and retention
After acceptance, Clarity may set _clck (visitor preference and identifier, up to one year) and _clsk (linking page views into a session, up to one day). These cookies are optional. Microsoft retains playback recordings for 30 days and heatmaps and click data for nine months. Labelled or favourited recordings are retained for nine months.
Microsoft processing
Our basis for optional analytics is your consent. Microsoft processes the information under its privacy statement, which describes international processing, safeguards and privacy rights. Denying advertising storage does not remove all of Microsoft's processing described in that statement.
